Pete is a New York State Certified Public Accountant, was the Chief Financial Officer of Boulder Electric Vehicle and formerly CFO of Stickley Furniture. He is a MBA and also has a MS in Accounting -Pete is experienced in property management:

  • Understanding and facilitating the owner’s objectives and goals
  • Property inspections, repair and maintenance

  • Reviewing, verifying and approving all project expenses
